You will learn more than 100 pelvic floor exercise combination for pelvic your floor health. The exercises are designed to your own conditions, strengths, and to your own speed. No rush. No judgements. The only thing it matters during the training is you. Everybody starts the exercises from its own level. We will celebrate every little movement, or development together. You will learn how to keep you pelvis safe, healthy and in control in 24/7.

#2 Core Belief Clearing

Helps to unwrap and rewrite the negative emotions, experiences and belief system related to the pelvic area and sexual organs.

During the training you can find out your own core beliefs that impacts own your life, thought and the way you feel and act. You will learn how to rewire your belief system, and you will learn how to set up boundaries safely and self caringly. You will learn how to enjoy the boundaries and saying no to others.

Psychosomatic approach in the connection between stress and the pelvic symptoms. You will learn complex stress reducing strategies that you can apply in your daily life.
